Registered Veterinary Nurse – Personalised Rota

Up to £32,000 DOE + attractive benefits package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a RVN to join a team who work across 3 local sites in Kilmarnock, each within 30 minutes’ drive from each other.

The three sites are led by four partners: 2 vets, 1 RVN, and a practice manager. You would be joining a team of 60 people including 14 vets, 14 RVNs, 3 GPD-trained Clinical Lead Vets, and 3 Clinical Coach RVNs. Each member of staff is treated as an individual, with your voice having a direct impact on protocols and client care.

Within the RVN team, there are specialists in acupuncture, pain management, behaviour, and schedule 3 surgical procedures. You have the opportunity to follow your passion and undertake certificates if you would like to.

You would be personally supported by a Clinical Nurse Manager and our RVN Business Partner, who both truly understand what your role brings to the table. Whether you’re leading consults, monitoring anaesthetics, or providing inpatient care, you will be empowered and supported to do what you do best.

The team openly communicate with each other and often go for social events!
