A leading national law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its expanding Real Estate, Construction & Energy team. Reporting to the Head of BD the role is offering the opportunity to step into a strategic advisory role at a time of significant growth and exciting change for the firm.

Working closely with senior partners and sector leads, you will shape and drive market strategy, strengthen client relationships, and support the development of high-impact campaigns and initiatives. The role is central to delivering the firm’s ambitions in this priority market, with a strong focus on commercial insight, collaboration, and influencing stakeholders across multiple offices. You will also oversee the development of a Senior BD Executive while acting as the key point of contact between the business and the wider marketing and BD functions.

This opportunity is ideal for a confident and commercially minded BD professional with experience in professional services and a passion for the Real Estate, Construction & Energy
