Job description

We are looking for an experienced e-commerce professional to lead online growth across multiple international markets. In this role, you will oversee the optimisation of digital operations, manage key trading activity, and support the delivery of campaigns and initiatives that enhance overall performance. You will play a central part in driving revenue, improving user experience, and ensuring that each market receives tailored content, product availability, and thoughtful localisation.

This position works closely with a wide range of teams to ensure an integrated and effective online presence. You will manage website operations, coordinate campaign execution, maintain stock oversight, and guide the development of promotional and merchandising plans. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as you will be responsible for interpreting performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to a clear strategy that supports customer acquisition and retention.

The ideal candidate has several years of e-commerce management experience, strong commercial insight, and confidence working across multiple markets and digital touchpoints.
