A luxury womenswear brand is looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Associate to join the team at its London flagship. This role requires a highly polished sales professional who excels in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and driving commercial success. With a focus on Ready-to-Wear, you will play a pivotal part in deepening client loyalty, generating revenue growth, and embodying the brand’s elevated aesthetic and values.


Core Responsibilities


Client Experience & Sales Performance

  • Deliver outstanding personal service
  • Consistently exceed sales targets through deep product understanding, confident selling techniques and an ability to tailor solutions to each client.
  • Guide clients through the complete purchasing journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable luxury experience at every touchpoint.
  • Keep up to date with fashion trends, brand collections and craftsmanship details to offer informed styling and product recommendations.


VIC Portfolio Growth & Relationship Building

  • Manage, retain and expand a dedicated VIC client base, ensuring personalised attention and high levels of repeat engagement.
  • Develop CRM strategies that track preferences, purchase history and key dates to anticipate client needs and create tailored outreach.
  • Lead and support exclusive client appointments, events and trunk shows designed to strengthen loyalty and generate high-value sales.


Boutique Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Partner with store management to implement sales initiatives aligned with brand expectations and boutique objectives.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Work closely with stock and inventory teams to maintain optimum product availability.
  • Assist in managing peak business periods by guiding client flow, resolving issues and safeguarding service excellence.


Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, with proven success in managing and growing VIC relationships.
  • Strong background within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and clientelling skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term loyalty.
  • Polished, professional demeanour and a natural ambassador for a luxury womenswear brand.
