We’re looking for a motivated, technically strong Technical Sales Engineer with proven experience in hydraulics, fluid power, and hose systems. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with a clear pathway into Technical Sales Management.
The Role
- Support regional sales activity and help drive revenue growth.
- Provide expert technical support across hydraulic systems, including industrial, chemical, and food-grade hoses.
- Assist with quotations, proposals, customer meetings, and product demos.
- Identify new business opportunities and support customer development.
- Work closely with sales leadership and regional teams to improve technical capability and sales confidence.
- Travel across the North UK supporting sites, customers, and events.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in hydraulics / fluid power.
- 5+ years in a technical role (sales, service, engineering, or support).
- Ceetop 1 (or equivalent) preferred.
- Solid hose knowledge (industrial / chemical / food-grade ideal).
- Confident communicator and problem solver.
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ambition to progress into a Technical Sales Manager role.
