About the Role

We are partnering with a market-leading insurance broker to recruit an experienced Real Estate Professional for their Edinburgh office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to deepen their real estate expertise while working with a respected name in the market. You’ll play a key role in advising clients on high-value transactions and delivering strategic, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of real estate assets
• Undertake comprehensive real estate due diligence to support transactions
• Represent clients in negotiations with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to secure optimal outcomes
• Carry out market research, financial analysis, and property valuations to inform client strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated advisory and brokerage solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
• Maintain a strong understanding of local and national real estate market trends
• Build and maintain close, trusted relationships with clients

About You

• Proven experience working with an insurance broker on real estate transactions
• A track record of performing in high-pressure, fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships
• Demonstrable real estate experience (essential)
