PPA Business Development Manager

E1 Partners is currently seeking a PPA Business Development Manager / Originator to accelerate the growth of a leading energy business’s UK renewable offtake portfolio.

This role is all about business development — originating new PPA opportunities, building and owning relationships across generators, developers, and counterparties, and structuring commercially attractive long-term offtake agreements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Originating and developing UK renewable PPA opportunities
• Building and expanding a strong offtake and counterparty network
• Leading commercial negotiations and deal structuring
• Working closely with trading and commercial teams to bring new PPA solutions to market
• Driving pipeline growth, revenue generation, and long-term client relationships

What they’re looking for:

• 1–5 years’ experience in PPA origination, energy trading, or renewables BD
• Strong commercial instincts with a growth mindset
• Confident relationship-builder and negotiator
• Proven ability to convert pipeline into closed deals
