The Role

  • Shape strategy and drive revenue growth across European markets.
  • Build influential relationships with customers and overseas agents.

  • Collaborate with R&D and operations to bring cutting-edge products to market.

Essential Requirements


  • Degree in Chemistry or related discipline.
  • Proven sales experience 10years+ in chemicals or related industry, ideally with European exposure.
  • Success in managing overseas agents and complex international relationships.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • High energy, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
  • Ability to travel regularly across Europe and to the North West HQ.
