Responsibilities
- Support full cycle product development from concept through to production.
- Translate customer needs into new product concepts using sketching visuals and CAD.
- Prototyping and validation using CAD, physical models, and iterative testing to de-risk and refine designs.
- Support design communication through visuals, presentations, and technical storytelling.
- Evaluate designs to improve cost efficiency, manufacturability, quality, and consumer value.
About you
- Degree in Product or Industrial Design
- At least 2 years experience in a physical product environment (consultancy or in-house)
- Concept sketching and user-centred research skills.
- Experience taking products through all development stages: concept, prototyping and all the way to production.
- Fluent in CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
- Hands-on attitude: building prototypes and test rigs to validate concepts.
- Can communicate ideas visually and verbally to clients and team members.
