What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of KitKing to our partners in the UK. Building trust, driving growth, and showcasing the best in global sportswear.

  • Build Relationships: Manage and support the business’s top accounts across Cricket, Basketball, & Netball. Ensuring partners feel valued.
  • Create Impact: Deliver exciting design & proposal packs that bring concepts to life.
  • Drive Growth: Spot new opportunities and turn prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Be Trusted: Work with senior stakeholders to report, forecast and production plan accurately and keep orders on track.
  • Pitch & Negotiate: Lead meetings, proposals, presentations, and close deals with confidence.
  • Stay Sharp: Keep our CRM up to date so every opportunity is maximised.
  • Collaborate: Work with internal teams to deliver top-class service every time.
  • Travel: Regular visits to accounts.





What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring energy, ambition, and a passion for sport, backed by proven sales and account management experience.

  • 4–6 years in sales/account management (B2B or sports industry preferred).
  • Strong track record of hitting targets and growing accounts.
  • Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and organised.
  • Skilled communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools (BrightPearl, Shopify, Trello, Freshdesk = bonus).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field.
  • Full UK driving licence.
