Location: Hybrid – Based in Leeds, UK

Competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus opportunity to earn OTE 26k (personal and team bonus) plus 4k (company bonus)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing international accounts
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure brand alignment
  • Represent Optimum Medical at global events and trade shows


What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in international sales and/or business development
  • Background in medical devices (highly advantageous)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with international regulatory requirements
  • Energetic, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally
