The Role — What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 recruitment role. You’ll be:

• Driving growth US Construction Markets with autonomy and a clear runway for impact.
• Building strong client relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, and Talent Leaders in Construction.
• Sourcing top candidates and coaching them through the hiring journey from first contact to offer and beyond.
• Shaping how we operate your ideas aren’t just welcome, they’re expected.
• Collaborating with leadership to create processes that scale globally.
