EV Charging experience dealing with Automotive OEM's, Fleet, Utilities


Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company operating at the intersection of electromobility, energy systems, and automotive technology. They are driving the transition toward an emission-free energy and mobility ecosystem through advanced EV charging, vehicle-to-grid (V2G), and energy storage solutions.


Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint an EV Charging Senior Business Development Manager to lead market development in the UK

The role

  • Take an entrepreneurial lead in developing and expanding the UK market
  • Drive business development across a broad product portfolio, including bidirectional charging (V2G) and stationary energy storage management
  • Manage and grow large B2B customer relationships and strategic partnerships within the automotive and energy sectors
  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers and executives, managing complex sales cycles
  • Contribute to strategic planning and market entry approaches as part of the leadership team
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences


Your profile

  • Ideally a degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, strategy, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of the UK EV market with specific experience dealing with Automotive OEM'S, Fleet and Utilities
  • Existing network within the EV/ energy and/or automotive industries is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative and relationship-driven approach
