• Senior Recruitment Consultant

• Up to £40,000 base + monthly commission + quarterly bonuses

• Manchester, M1 4ET | Hybrid 3 days in-office

As a Senior Consultant you'll work in a 360 capacity - from sourcing candidates to winning new clients - in a high-performing, high-reward culture.


Role Highlights:

  • Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
  • Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
  • Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
  • Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands, using every opportunity to cross-sell into existing 11 Investments clients


You Will Need:

  • 2-4 years experience in recruiting for technology roles and/or into Tech/SaaS clients
  • A proven track record, billing £180k+
  • Proven delivery experience, candidate and client account management
  • A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
