Salary: £39–45k + 10% bonus + Benefits

The Role

We’re looking for a driven Internal Sales Regional Manager to lead our regional sales efforts and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll guide Internal Sales Engineers, coordinate with specialists across Solutions, Marketing, Service, and Sales, and be the go-to person for your region.

What you’ll do:

• Drive sales growth and hit targets in your region
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for great customer outcomes
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Champion CRM best practices and data quality
• Organise impactful meetings and workshops
• Be the first point of contact for technical and customer issues
• Build strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to their needs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales leadership (engineering sector preferred)
• Experience developing and coaching teams
• Strong commercial awareness and digital skills (Salesforce/SAP a plus)
• Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive
• Ready to lead by example and drive engagement
