Buckden Partners have been mandated by a UK retail bank with a strong focus on real estate finance. Their bridging finance team provides tailored lending solutions to professional property investors and developers across the UK. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team and help drive growth in South West England.


Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the network of property brokers, introducers, and clients in the South West. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships, originating new business, and supporting our bridging finance proposition, ensuring clients receive excellent service and the right lending solutions.


Candidate Profile / Requirements

  • Proven experience in property finance, bridging finance, or specialist lending, ideally in a UK bank or non-bank lender.
  • Strong network of property brokers and professional property clients in the South West.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to structure lending solutions to meet client needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
