Senior Product Expert

Blackfield Associates are partnering with a leading healthcare manufacturer to appoint a Senior Product Expert, who will drive Product Lifecycle Management and provide high-level technical leadership across a diverse commercial portfolio.

In this role, you will be the technical authority for assigned products—shaping risk assessments, overseeing process validation and verification, guiding change controls, and supporting quality investigations. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, packaging, analytical, QA, production, supply and regulatory teams, as well as external partners, to ensure robust product performance and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

You’ll thrive here if you bring:

• A scientific degree and extensive pharma manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of multiple dose forms and ICH/GMP expectations
• Proven expertise in technical leadership, product lifecycle management and complex investigations
• Strong understanding of product manufacturing
• Project management capability across change initiatives, transfers and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
