Key Role Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to meet or exceed gross profit targets.
Prepare competitive quotes and secure special pricing using deal registration and procurement channels.
Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation through to order fulfilment and vendor engagement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products, services, and evolving technologies.
Use internal systems efficiently to manage sales processes and documentation.

Key Attributes Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
Proven ability to consistently generate at least £10,000 in monthly gross profit.
Solid understanding of IT procurement processes, vendor pricing models, and quoting platforms (e.g. Stock in the Channel).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple sales opportunities.
