Recruitment Consultant

Freight Appointments is looking for an Recruitment Consultant in Greater Bristol Area

Job description

North Bristol based, four day weeks, dogs, more coffee machines and plants than you can shake a stick at and corporate golf membership...

Annual achievers ski trips, mid-year companywide retreats to Cornwall, quarterly team events such as wine tasting, booze cruises, go-karting, horse racing....

Freight Appointments is a five year old, energetic recruitment business and is looking for like-minded individuals with a passion for sales, teamwork, and customer service. We’re building an exciting office environment where we can genuinely enjoy our work and the people around us.

Are you ready to join a team that encourages growth? A business that’s looking for entrepreneurs that will join it in building new products and break into new verticals?

Successful candidates will receive an industry-leading commission structure with no thresholds or caps, the flexibility of 4-day weeks along with a generous holiday allowance, the potential to qualify for overseas client trips (US & Europe), group incentive trips, and so much more.

It's important to highlight that we're looking for high energy, hard working, and resilient individuals. If you're prepared to grind every day and contribute to a high-performance environment, this is for you. If you're looking for an easy ride and you're a little shy, this probably isn't the right fit.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within your assigned territory, and help us become their go-to recruitment partner
  • Manage a strong and active social network presence
  • Coach candidates on how to ready themselves to move through the career hunting process and beyond
  • Find excellent candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, and referrals
  • Communicate with current clients to find and work on active/open jobs
  • Pitch candidates and ideas into prospective clients to win new business and build our client portfolio
  • Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, and maintain close contact with both to ensure a smooth process
  • Keep internal systems and CRM up to date
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas for our business to help us stand out from the crowd

The ideal candidate

  • An understanding and appreciation of what it takes to be successful in sales
  • You’re hard-working, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • You’re driven to meet goals in both your professional and personal lives
  • You love to earn good money, and you want to work your way up within our business
  • You’re willing to work outside of your comfort zone to close sales and recruit the right people
  • You’re a good judge of character who ‘gets a feel’ for people when you first meet them
  • You love to have a laugh and don’t take yourself too seriously
