Senior Account Manager – FMCG Packaging Design

Berkshire| £40–50K (plus potential bonus) | 4 days on-site + 1 WFH | Start date April

We are also talking to Account Directors with salary up to £55K, plus bonus.

This award-winning team of 15 has built long-standing relationships with much-loved FMCG brands across food, drink, and household/DIY — and they’re looking for a strategic Senior Account Manager who genuinely enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative studio.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of your own FMCG accounts (a real mix of clients across food, drink, and household/DIY) and build strong, honest relationships

• Guide packaging projects from initial brief through to final delivery

• Help drive commercial success through reliable, thoughtful account leadership

• Work closely with a friendly, talented creative team (no line management required)

What You MUST Have

• Packaging design experience — this is absolutely essential.

This role requires experience working within a packaging-focused design agency

• Strategy experience

You’ll also bring:

• Proven SAM level experience within a design agency

• Solid understanding of FMCG brands and category requirements

• A calm, organized approach and confidence managing day-to-day client needs

• Be proficient in packaging design language and creative critique, having a strong attention to detail and importantly, being warm and personable

• Ability to be on-site in Berkshire office four days a week (non negotiable)
