Account Manager Solihull, West Midlands, Full-time, Permanent, up to £37k
A leading integrated creative agency within a globally recognised network is seeking an Account Manager to join its client services team in Solihull. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000 and a hybrid working model, with three in-office days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). This is an excellent opportunity for a career focussed account management professional to work on a high-profile international brand, supporting multi-channel campaigns and building a clear career pathway towards future leadership roles.

The Role
The Account Manager will play a central role in managing client relationships and coordinating campaign delivery across international markets. Acting as a trusted point of contact, this individual will ensure smooth communication between clients, internal teams and external partners, while maintaining a proactive, solution-focused approach to project execution. The role sits in a ‘Pod’ that houses Account Management and Project Management teams, who all work together to deliver great client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys taking ownership and is confident managing multiple workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships that reside in Germany.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple international stakeholders
- Oversee timelines, workflows and internal resource coordination
- Ensure clear, accurate and timely communication with clients in German and English
- Support the delivery of integrated campaigns from briefing through to completion
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow accounts
- Maintain strong organisational control across multiple projects
- Act as a dependable point of contact ensuring smooth campaign execution
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy and production teams
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
- Experience working in international markets beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Collaborative team player with a self-starting attitude
- Focussed on career growth, towards future leadership roles
- If you come with German language skill that would be a bonus but not essential
