This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or a Senior QS seeking a role on a high-value, long-term framework in Burghfield, near Reading.

What you’ll be doing:

• Interpret contract terms and manage stakeholder communication
• Forecast cash flow and manage payment cycles
• Build strong client relationships and negotiate final settlements
• Ensure site safety and commercial compliance

What we want from you:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
• SC Clearance or eligibility
• Strong communicator, confident managing workload
• Able to commute to site regularly
