Founding Engineer | Up to £230k + Large Equity (Up to 1.5%)

I’m working with a stealth-stage AI company that’s tackling one of the biggest challenges in the field right now: making AI systems reliable, trustworthy, and ready for heavily regulated industries like Finance.

They’ve already gone from 0 → 7 figures in revenue in under a month, and are backed by some of the best in the space including top-tier VC funds and angels from the likes of DeepMind.

Location: London (in-person)

Compensation: £115k–£228k + 0.5–1.5% equity

Tech: Node.js, React, AWS, CI/CD, scalable backend systems
