Due to recent expansion + project wins, our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager and an eventual Commercial Director for their South West Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership: Oversee and manage all commercial aspects of the project to ensure financial success and client satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize commercial opportunities and mitigate risks.

Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and finalization, ensuring terms align with project objectives.

Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance, providing regular reports and strategic insights.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on data center projects.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
