National Account Executive

Job description

An established UK food manufacturer is looking to appoint a Commercial Executive to support continued growth across Sainsburys and Aldi.

This is a hands-on commercial role sitting within a high-performing commercial team, offering exposure to account management, forecasting, promotions, NPD and joint business planning. Ideal for someone early in their commercial career who wants genuine responsibility and visibility.

The role will involve:

• Day-to-day commercial contact for defined customer accounts
• Ownership of P&L elements and contribution to profitable growth
• Forecasting, reporting, EPOS and promotional analysis
• Supporting NPD project management and critical paths
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and planning
• Supporting joint business plans and sustainable channel growth

What we’re looking for:

• Commercially minded, analytical and organised
• Comfortable working with data and turning insight into action
• Confident communicator with internal teams and external customers
• Experience in FMCG / food manufacturing preferred (but not essential)
• Someone who wants to grow into a broader commercial or account management role
