About the Job

This position is for a Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and a passion for building robust, scalable systems. We are looking for an engineer with a strong background in the C# .NET ecosystem, and a preference for candidates with significant experience on AWS.

Here, you won’t be bogged down by legacy code—you’ll have the opportunity to build innovative, greenfield projects. You’ll be responsible for developing high-quality applications across our platform, as well as designing and implementing testable, scalable code. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, eager to dive into new technologies, and ready to contribute to architectural decisions as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test backend applications
• Analyse and maintain existing software
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Identify and resolve programming bugs
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine platform features

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in C# .NET
• Experience in testing software and version control
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases
• AWS experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Github)

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with React or Native App development
