Job description

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid options available)

Help businesses make greener choices & reduce their environmental impact

About the role

Looking for a role where your work actually matters?

Our client helps companies across the UK and around the world understand their environmental responsibilities and make better, more sustainable decisions about the packaging they use.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly expert for a group of customers — supporting them, guiding them through environmental compliance, and helping them make positive change with confidence.

What you'll be doing

A great mix of relationship-building and data work, perfect if you like variety.

You’ll:

  • Look after your own customer accounts and be their go-to contact
  • Build strong, supportive relationships
  • Work with data (mostly in Excel) to make sure everything is accurate
  • Explain sometimes-complex info in a clear, human way
  • Stay organised and plan ahead to meet deadlines smoothly
  • Learn about environmental regulations (full training provided!)
  • You’ll also get the chance to specialise in UK or international compliance as you grow.

You’ll do great here if you’re:

  • A strong written and verbal communicator
  • Customer-focused and approachable
  • Able to pick up technical information quickly
  • Comfortable working with data and confident in Excel
  • A proactive problem-solver who looks for solutions
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others
  • Organised, reliable, and good at planning your time

You’ll also need:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
  • Graduates and early-career candidates are warmly welcomed

Why you’ll love working here

The working environment is genuinely friendly, supportive, and flexible — with lots of space to grow and be yourself.

You’ll get:

  • Hybrid working / dual location flexibility
  • Participation in the annual Incentive Plan (up to 10% bonus)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • The option to buy or sell up to 9 additional holiday days
  • Your birthday off (yes, really )
  • A paid volunteering day to support a cause you care about
  • Access to private medical, cycle to work, and subsidised gym membership
  • Life Assurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection schemes
  • Pension scheme (up to 8% employer contribution)
  • Access to a rewards & discounts platform
  • Wellbeing initiatives + LinkedIn Learning for personal development
  • Plus, friendly social events, relaxed get-togethers, and a team that actually likes working together

Sound like you?

If you care about sustainability, enjoy helping people, and want a role where your work makes a real-world difference — we’d love to hear from you ✨
