Overview

Are you a highly motivated Structural Engineer ready to take on exciting challenges? My client, DDA Engineers, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality structural designs for a diverse portfolio of interesting projects, primarily located in London, with occasional opportunities available further afield. Projects are typically new builds and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to develop the design and feasibility for structural projects
• Grow to where you are managing your own projects and supporting the team to meet the company workload
• Ensure design safety, regulatory compliance, and robust risk assessments
• Contribute to team success
• Be part of the team monitoring of project budgets and outputs

What You Will Bring

• Ideally, a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience with a real desire to reach Chartered status in the future
• Strong technical expertise and high design standards
• Desire to develop your commercial focus
• Ability to build client relationships
• Great communication skills and a proactive attitude beyond day-to-day tasks
• Ability to deliver structural engineering tasks independently while working collaboratively with a team, with the aim of progressing to manage your own projects.
