Job description
Our client, a global corporate accommodation provider is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team in London. This position offers hybrid working.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking out new sales and business development opportunities
- Sell the company's corporate housing offering directly to new and existing clients
- Cultivating relationships with existing clients by cross selling other services
- Carrying out and attending regular client reviews, industry events and business negotiations to support business development and sales efforts
- Creating Business Development action plans and Sales strategies to increase new business
- Accurately recording all sales activities onto the company database to support business and sales analytics
- Participating in the training and development of new sales staff in order to support and fully equip the team to reach KPI’s and sales targets
- Ensuring compliance with sales and price policies, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an outside sales position in the hospitality or corporate housing industry (hotel, aparthotel, serviced apartments, corporate housing)
Track record achieving sales targets
Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
