ABOUT TRG

Track Record Global (TRG) are experts in natural material supply chain assessments and delivering robust product compliance to a wide range of well known clients.  We operate in a unique position between our clients and their suppliers leveraging our bespoke tech platform and highly trained assessor teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.


We deliver services from Supply Chain validation, through to claim checking and the provision of Digital Product Passports. With increasing complexity around compliance and legislation and clients under more pressure to manage risk than ever before, TRG are focused on growing our client base and service offering as well as further investment in technology to deliver exceptional growth for the business and a continued excellent service for our clients.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced Client Manager / Account Manager to engage with Track Record Global's expanding client base. A professional that can evolve and grow client relationships positively from experiences already gained and new ideas.


Client Relationships

Build Client Relationships to maintain and grow business, ensuring high levels of service provided.


Communicating

Have clear communication channels ensuring agreement on deliverables, deadlines and 

expectations.


Data Literacy

Have advanced level skills in software packages Google Sheets/Excel, and the ability to analyse and interpret data for internal and client needs.


Collaboration

Collaborate with both internal teams and clients to support effective high levels of service delivery. Importantly balance clients’ needs with business goals.


Business Processes

Be involved with improving and streamlining ways of working and processes.


ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity in the responsible and sourcing and sustainability field. 


Key Responsibilities of this role are:

  • Manage several Client relationships delivering all agreed service elements.
  • Ensure Client business is maintained and agree future commercial opportunities.
  • Demonstrate key values and behaviours across the business.
  • Work across cross-functional teams to aid in a high-level delivery of Systems, Assessment work, processes and communications to Clients.


ABOUT YOU 

We're looking for someone who has:


  • High level of client/account management experience.
  • Ability to manage contracts and commercials.
  • Advanced data literacy, in Google Sheets/Excel software packages, and analysis and interpretation of the generated data.
  • People management experience.
  • An understanding of supply chains, responsible sourcing and product technical file compliance would be of advantage.
  • Expertise in communications and collaboration.
  • Proficient in Project Management and completion of deliverables within timelines.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to be agile.

Please note, this is a predominantly remote position, with the expectation of occasional face to face meetings. We do have plans to open up an office space in the future, so the right candidate needs to be flexible in attending the office when this takes place.


Additionally, due to the urgency of this role, we will only consider applications where candidates are either available immediately, or within a 1-2 week timeframe.
