Area: North West and West Midlands
The role of Area Sales Manager
- As Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with selling the companies leading range of electrical products.
- The Specification Sales Manager will be required to win specifications with regional developers, national house builders (regional offices) M&E contractors, social housing / housing associations.
- You will be tasked with developing existing accounts (introducing new product lines) as well as opening new accounts and generating new specifications.

The Candidate - Area Sales Manager
- Construction field sales experience with strong soft skills
- Ability to manage short and long sales cycles
- Ability to prospect and manage accounts and develop a pipeline
- Full training and support provided
The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
- up to £45,000 - £50,0000 basic dependent on experience (£50k if you have a wealth of relatable industry experience)
- £15,000 OTE
- Hybrid company car
- 6% company contribution pension
- 25 days holiday plus stats
