Key Account Manager - Bouclème:
HUX HR SOLUTIONS LIMITED is looking for a Key Account Manager - Bouclème:
Job description
Are you looking for just another Key Accounts Management or Business Development job, or would you rather evolve alongside a movement, working closely with the Founder? The latter? Good - that is very much what is in prospect here at Bouclème: a purpose led and rapidly growing hair care brand, expanding from the UK to international markets with ambitious plans over the next few years.
What Else is on Offer?
- A chance to grow your career at a brand that’s transforming the curly hair space, and work within a vibrant, purpose-driven culture that celebrates individuality and community.
- The opportunity to make a real impact and shape Bouclème’s global journey, in a creative, fast-paced environment where your ideas matter.
- The core of our business being based on ethical business practices, clean beauty principles, and a team that truly cares.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- To expand Bouclème’s retail and salon footprint in strategic markets, whilst being accountable for driving omni-channel wholesale growth across key stockists and premium department stores.
- Source, pitch and onboard new leads across traditional and innovative channels.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with partners that reflect our values.
- Drive both sell-in and sell-out, increasing market share and ROI.
- Rigorously analyse performance and continuously optimise plans to meet commercial goals.
That is just a flavour for openers then - the variety of work involved, and interest that you will find in that variety is at the core of this role.
What are we looking for in you?
- A demonstrable quality career record in Account Management and B2B sales —ideally in beauty, lifestyle or wellness.
- Experienced in managing relationships with both retail and distributors, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by numerical competence and confidence in using data to support your work. Tech-savvy and experienced with AI, Microsoft Office and EDI systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as being a natural networker and relationship-builder, who is flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented
- A self-starter and self-reliant, who, within a collaborative team environment, can still "roll up your sleeves and get the job done" without being dependent on others.
PLEASE NOTE: We work a 35 hour working week – 9.30 – 5.30 on a hybrid working patten with 3 days a week in our London office (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday.)
If you’re excited by challenge, moved by purpose, and ready to drive real change in beauty we’d love to hear from you.
