UK Country Manager

Job description

An opportunity to lead and scale an established independent onshore wind operations and maintenance platform in the UK.

This senior leadership role carries full accountability for growth, performance, and customer outcomes across a multi-brand turbine fleet.

The Role:

• Defining and executing the UK strategy for onshore wind O&M and major components
• Driving growth in post-warranty O&M, major component exchanges, and life-extension services
• Owning senior customer relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals
• Overseeing service operations, field teams, and subcontractors
• Leading delivery of major component exchanges and corrective campaigns
• Championing HSE excellence and regulatory compliance
• Managing UK P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Building and developing a high-performing UK organisation

Requirements:

• Senior leadership experience within an independent service provider or multi-brand wind O&M business
• Strong understanding of the UK onshore wind market
• Proven experience in post-warranty O&M and major component services
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and operational leadership
• Engineering or technical qualification preferred
