An established and growing foodservice business is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new business, grow key accounts, and deliver profitable revenue across the London market.
This is a confidential hire for a commercially focused professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants real ownership of their numbers.
The Role
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
- Win new business and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue
- Consistently deliver against monthly sales and margin targets
- Identify and execute margin-growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable deals
- Build and deliver joint business plans to maximise account potential
- Maintain strong awareness of market and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven BDM experience within food service / HORECA
- Food Sales knowledge
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear track record of growth
- Confident negotiator and deal-closer
- Data-driven and target-focused
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for the food industry
