An established and growing foodservice business is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new business, grow key accounts, and deliver profitable revenue across the London market.


This is a confidential hire for a commercially focused professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants real ownership of their numbers.


The Role

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
  • Win new business and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue
  • Consistently deliver against monthly sales and margin targets
  • Identify and execute margin-growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable deals
  • Build and deliver joint business plans to maximise account potential
  • Maintain strong awareness of market and competitor activity


What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven BDM experience within food service / HORECA
  • Food Sales knowledge
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear track record of growth
  • Confident negotiator and deal-closer
  • Data-driven and target-focused
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for the food industry
