Senior Retail Portfolio Asset Manager – Nationwide Retail Assets

London HQ

Salary – Basic up to 100k plus package.

This is a standout opportunity to join an, industry-leading real estate business where you’ll have genuine autonomy and influence. As a senior Retail Portfolio Asset Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a diverse retail portfolio, driving income growth, asset performance and long-term value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and delivering value-add asset enhancement initiatives
• Driving NOI through leasing, re-gears and tenant negotiations
• Leading refurbishments and reconfiguration to meet market demand
• Producing sharp, insightful reporting and presenting with confidence
• Managing in-house PMs, contractors and external advisors
• Supporting investment decisions and new acquisitions

What we’re looking for:

• Proven asset management experience with a strong property management foundation
• Commercial, analytical and confident in front of stakeholders
• A decisive self-starter who thrives with autonomy and responsibility
• Creative in repurposing and regenerating retail assets
