Regional Sales Manager – Golf and Leisure

A great opportunity is now available for a proven Sales professional to step into a Regional Sales position covering several golf businesses in the Birmingham area. You will drive sales and revenue lines through a blend of ‘hands on’ selling and ensuring the club teams have the necessary training and skill to deliver their targets.


Key Duties:

  • To devise & implement the marketing plan to maximise sales of memberships, golf societies, functions, business meetings and casual golfers, implementing effective prospecting, networking and referral schemes.
  • To set internal targets with the Area Manager for all staff including Operations Managers and reception staff with respect to sales.
  • Work with central membership administration team to control collection of membership fees.
  • To effectively plan and implement social media strategies to achieve site targets.
  • Promote and cross-sell other services provided within the centres, to encourage customers to participate other activities.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service standards at all times ensuring good customer experience to excel with benchmark scoring for Pro Insight user and membership enquiry experience.
  • To provide excellent leadership and management to help all staff perform at their best, through effective communication, motivation, engagement and development opportunities to achieve high performance.
  • To take ownership of your own performance and development including leadership and management skills.
