Senior Account Manager – AV Event Production Industry (Hybrid - Essex, Herts, and London)

We’re looking for a driven and client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our expanding team. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to manage high-profile client accounts within the Audio-Visual (AV) events industry while growing your own portfolio of business.
As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for developing strong client relationships, providing expert advice, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You’ll also be a key part of our dynamic, fast-paced work environment where attention to detail and flexibility are essential.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Product Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of products and services to clients, offering professional advice and solutions.
- Proposals and Quotations: Prepare and present detailed client quotations and proposals tailored to specific requirements.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain an up-to-date record of all client communications and project details within our company system.
- Client Visits & Presentations: Conduct client visits and site inspections as necessary, representing the company professionally.
- Business Development: Collaborate with senior management and Directors to identify new markets and client opportunities.
- Exhibitions & Events: Participate in industry exhibitions and events as required, promoting the company’s services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing client portfolios in the fast-paced AV events industry.
- Education & Professionalism: Strong background with a professional approach to client management.
- Client-Centered: Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering a superior customer experience.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent planning, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Flexible and proactive, able to thrive in the dynamic world of live events with no room for error.
