What you’ll be doing:

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance on a wide range of agricultural machinery
• Diagnose hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic software
• Complete chargeable, warranty, and internal repair jobs with precision
• Provide excellent customer service in this customer-facing role
• Work closely with manufacturers and benefit from ongoing training and support
• Collaborate with an experienced team while also working independently when required

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working with agricultural or horticultural machinery
• Strong diagnostic skills (hydraulic, electrical, software-based)
• Ability to handle heavy machinery safely and responsibly
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance
• Good general fitness
• Full, clean driving licence

Additional Information:

Location: Ringmer, Sussex BN8 5NN

Hours: 39hrs per week - 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday (1-hr unpaid lunch) Overtime paid at time and a half on completion of 39hrs.

Contract: Permanent, Full time, Salaried

Salary: £Competitive, dependent upon experience
