£55,000 + Bonus - OTE £90,000+

This is a senior, performance-led role for a proven sales leader who drives results, builds winning teams and owns numbers end-to-end.

You will take full commercial ownership of the clinic’s sales engine, from first enquiry to treatment start, and be accountable for conversion, revenue, and consistency. This is for someone who has performed at the highest level and knows how to make targets happen.

What You’ll Own-

Total responsibility for sales performance and revenue delivery - Leadership, coaching and accountability of the sales team- High-value case conversion and complex finance conversations - Sales standards, systems and execution discipline- Weekly performance reporting with clear actions and outcomes
