National Sales Manager - Dermatology – UK

They now seek a talented First-line National Sales Manager to provide leadership and direction of Account Managers across the UK.


You will be accountable for the performance of the sales team and responsible for the sales of the product across the UK and Ireland, delivering commercial goals in Dermatology.


Responsibilities include:


  • Define and develop the performance culture within the Account Manager team
  • Implement, monitor and embed excellence in collaborative Account Planning
  • Feed into the planning and development of communication and market access strategies
  • Strategic Leadership role on Dermatology Leadership Team
  • Working with Business Unit leadership and Omnichannel lead to establish effective account and customer segmentation and the integration of omnichannel working
  • Feed into the planning and development of communication and market access strategies to support product launches


Experience and skills required:


  • Success leading teams at a national level, ideally in the Dermatology market in the UK
  • Evidence of relationships with Dermatology KOLs and UK lead accounts
  • Experience successfully launching brands into the UK marketplace
  • Advanced Leadership and Strategic Thinking skills
  • Evidence of experience and success as a sales coach
  • Analytical skills and the ability to build business plans and deliver successful execution
  • KOL engagement experience
  • Experience with omnichannel promotional planning and execution
