Business Development Manager, field based – Waste Management

Liverpool

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic

OTE: £50,000+ (uncapped)

We’re partnering with a progressive and growing waste management business that’s investing in its commercial team. They’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Liverpool area, developing new business while building strong, long-term client relationships.

This role suits someone with B2B field sales or business development experience, ideally from waste, recycling, environmental services or a related sector, who enjoys working autonomously and hitting targets in a growing, sustainability-focused market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Winning new commercial waste business

• Managing and developing customer relationships

• Producing tailored proposals and solutions

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
