Role Purpose


The Account Manager will take full ownership of key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, commercial growth, and long‑term partnership success. This role is driven by proactive account ownership, anticipating client needs, unlocking greater value from Arreoblue’s services, and ensuring we remain their preferred partner across the data lifecycle. The Account Manager will also forge strategic partnerships with technology and consulting organisations to expand our commercial reach and strengthen our service proposition.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key client accounts, ensuring consistent, high‑quality engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and priorities to align our services with their evolving needs.
  • Drive account growth through structured account planning, upselling, cross‑selling, and proactive opportunity identification.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their data transformation journeys and ensuring momentum from discovery to delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships that support retention, repeat business, and client advocacy.
  • Identify and shape new service opportunities within accounts, with a focus on delivering rapid, measurable value.
  • Create and maintain robust account plans that support both client success and business growth targets.
  • Monitor account performance, including revenue, pipeline, risks, and client satisfaction, ensuring timely interventions where needed.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Facilitate clear feedback loops between clients, partners, and internal teams to continuously enhance our service offering.
  • Represent Arreoblue at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and brand presence.


Skills & Experience


  • Demonstrated experience in account management within consultancy, technology, or data‑focused environments.
  • Proven ability to grow and retain accounts through strong relationship management and commercial insight.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.
  • Understanding of data consultancy services (analytics, engineering, governance, AI) is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to balance strategic account planning with hands‑on, day‑to‑day relationship management.


Package & Why Choose Arreoblue?

We provide a competitive Package:

- Base salary range of £55,000 – £70,000

- Sales commission to have an OTE of £120,000 (uncapped)

Location(s)

Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the UK. While we are a remote-first organisation, we value occasional in-person collaboration. Any required client travel is fully covered by Arreoblue.


Interview Process

Our interview process is a two-way conversation, starting with an initial screening call followed by:

General Competency Interview: Assessing fit, sales acumen, and cultural alignment.

Sales Simulation: We will provide a scenario with opportunity to do some qualification followed by a short presentation to explore your understanding of data-driven value propositions, partner ecosystems, and solution positioning.
