Senior Software Developer – Skelmersdale | 2 days a week in the office | £55,000 - £70,000 | C#, ASP.NET, Azure services, Javascript

We’re looking for a Senior C# Developer to join a small, welcoming team within a well‑established business. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a brand‑new SaaS product built from the ground up.

What You’ll Do...

• Drive technical design and implementation within a small team
• Translate business requirements into detailed microservice designs
• Build and support solutions across pre‑production and production
• Partner with front‑end developers to shape REST APIs and BFFs
• Manage and optimise SQL/NoSQL databases

What You’ll Bring...

• At least 5 years experience in C# and ASP.NET (RESTful Web APIs)
• Proven expertise with Azure services
• Strong skills in querying both RDBMS and NoSQL databases, with the flexibility to adapt to new platforms

Nice to Have...

• Experience with Python or Node.js
• Familiarity with Docker, or Kubernetes
• Exposure to JavaScript‑based front‑end frameworks
