Junior Logistics Manager

Anya Hindmarch is looking for a Junior Logistics Manager

Job description

Junior Logistics Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Logistics Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and has the drive and initiative to keep things on track. This role is central to keeping stock flowing smoothly and accurately through the business — from inbound shipments with our 3PL, through to wholesale fulfilment, supporting stores and e-commerce with inventory, and maintaining the integrity of our systems.

It’s an exciting, hands-on role with the chance to collaborate with teams across the business and see the direct impact of your work. The ideal person will combine strong logistics, systems, and Excel skills with a commercial, customer-focused mindset. They’ll be proactive in spotting issues, confident in communicating with colleagues and partners, and meticulous about getting the details right. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, able to adapt to shifting priorities, and motivated to take ownership of processes, suggest improvements, and play a key role in how we continue to refine and scale our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end fulfilment of wholesale orders, from allocation through to dispatch.
  • Liaise directly with wholesale customers to confirm order details, ship dates, and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on schedule.
  • Allocate stock against wholesale orders based on availability and agreed priorities.
  • Maintain accurate order, allocation, and shipment records in SAP.
  • Track open wholesale orders and shipment status using Excel, flagging delays or risks early.
  • Support accurate stock movements related to wholesale activity and assist with basic stock investigations.
  • Process straightforward stock adjustments and escalate discrepancies where needed.
  • Provide light support to retail and e-commerce teams on stock availability queries.
  • Support occasional one-off logistics needs such as pop-ups, special shipments, or ad-hoc dispatches.

About you:

  • Experience in wholesale or retail logistics, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods
  • Confident coordinating between customers, warehouses, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working with stock allocation and availability constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid Excel skills (lookups; basic pivots).
  • Organised, reliable, and clear in your communication.
