We are currently looking for an International Territory Manager. If you are a proactive, solution-focused individual who thrives from working in a fast-paced environment and maximising commercial results working with agents and distributors in the territory, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage relationships with agents, distributors and key accounts.
- Understand each customer's unique needs and requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and maximise growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the wholesale market.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and industry insights.
- Coordinate with agencies operating within relevant markets to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations tailored to their market.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Analyse sales performance data, market feedback, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance, forecasts, and effective orderbook management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least three years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with international account management.
- Ability travel overseas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic planning and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Able to work from our Camden office, Monday-Thursday
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Mid-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
