Sales Development Representative - HealthTech
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role
This is a hands-on graduate role for someone who’s smart, confident, and eager to learn sales from the ground up. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and get full training in B2B SaaS sales — from outreach to closing deals.
What You'll Do:
- Pipeline generation through prospecting and engaging GP practices via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book product demonstrations with practice managers and healthcare decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each surgery's operational challenges and patient access issues
- Deliver compelling product demos showcasing how EMMA™ solves real healthcare problems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Work closely with senior Account Executives to progress deals through to close
- Track all activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign targeting and messaging
- Learn consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation techniques through structured training

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Confident, personable, and professional.
- Resilient and motivated by achieving goals.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Able to work full-time onsite in Canary Wharf.
