About the Role
- Onboard all new clients ensuring users are happy to how to use the product
- Regular check ins with clients to maximise usage
- Upsell and Cross sell to grow out accounts
- Event Management – support with building out community events
About the Candidate
- Coming from a Rec Tech or Recruitment background is ideal OR compliance & FS is desirable
- Account Management or Customer Success Experience is a must
- Involvement with Event management, external or internal is ideal
- Must be able to work remotely
About the Package
£40k - £50k Base + £12k on top
