Account Executive – AI MarTech (Retail / Ecommerce)

About the role

• Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospect to close across mid-market retail accounts, and partner closely with the founder on larger, more complex enterprise opportunities
• Run outbound and inbound sales motions in parraell, with multi-channel prospecting
• Sell a category-defining AI platform into sophisticated ecommerce environments, demonstrating credibility with senior retail leaders
• Run consultative, value-led sales processes focused on ROI, impact and commercial outcomes
• Operate in a founder-led environment with high autonomy and accountability

Your previous experience

• 2+ years full 360 closing experience in B2B SaaS
• Comfortable selling into ecommerce/retail/martech environments and navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying groups
• Strong at value-led selling, ROI modelling, and strategic positioning vs competitors and internal build options
• Actively uses AI tooling to improve productivity, messaging, and sales performance
• High IQ and EQ, resilient, and thrives in selling emerging technology in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

Package

• £60,000–£85,000 base DOE, double OTE (uncapped)
• Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in Central London office
• High autonomy, high visibility, and strong progression as the business scales
