We are looking to add a Client & Flight Support Executive to our fantastic private jet charter team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years experience in the travel industry. Full training will be given.

Location: Near Edinburgh Airport (EH12 9DB) – Own transport necessary

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (core hours 8am–6pm, with weekend and on-call flexibility)

  • Your Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end flight bookings, including confirmations, itineraries, and invoicing.
    • Prepare tailored quotes and proposals for discerning clients.
    • Liaise with global operators to negotiate competitive pricing and uphold service excellence.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Maintain accurate data on operators, airports, and handling agents using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • Keep CRM systems updated and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • What We’re Looking For
    • Ambitious and self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
    • Minimum 2 years’ travel industry experience and 3 years’ proven expert communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong geographical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a bonus.
    • Fluency in English essential; additional languages are highly desirable.
